Deposits and Payments:
A $125 deposit is required to reserve your date. If you are booking a
guest princess, you will be required to put down a $125 deposit. The
balance is due at the time of the party. We accept payment via paypal. Kindly give
a 2 weeks notice, my dates fill up fast!
NSF:
There is a $25 fee for any check that is returned to us with NON
SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
RSVP
Policy:
You will be charged for amount of guests that shows up for the party.
There is an 8-guest minimum. If less then 8 show up you will still be
required to pay for the 8.
Minimum Attendance:
There is an 8-guest minimum. If less then 8 show up you will still be
required to pay for the 8.
Maximum Attendance:
You are allowed to invite up to 15 children. 16 total including the
birthday child. You will be charged for amount of guests that shows up
for the party.
Boys
at parties:
Boys are always welcome at a Nile Princess Tea Party. Boys are required
to participate in scheduled party activities. We do offer as an
alternative to make up; application of Tattoo's.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund
policy applies: We will refund your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation
fee. If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we will gladly
offer an alternative party date for your consideration.
Special Diets:
Should any of your party guests have food allergies, we will try our
best to be accommodating. If they have severe food allergies we
recommend that you or their parent provide an alternate treat for that
child.
Liability for Damage:
We appreciate your consideration by ensuring that our property is
treated gently and carefully. You are financially liable for any damage
incurred.
Arriving & Departure Times:
We suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10
minutes prior to the party start time. We appreciated your
consideration and understanding.

its employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or
damages. Your hostess will provide you with the most professional of
services and will work to ensure that your home is treated like a
"castle".

registered business name in the state of
Florida, and may not be used for any reason without written or expressed
consent.
Character Duties:
Our princess characters interact with each guest and help him or her get
ready for the princess coronation, and Royal Tea Party. The Princess
will sit and have tea with girls at the tea party, next to the birthday
girl. You are welcome to take as many candid photos as you would like.
You are also allowed to videotape the event as it unfolds.
Gratuity and Tipping:
A gratuity or tip is not figured into the cost of the party. A typical
tip is 15- 20% of the entire price of a party. Tips are largely how my
princesses make their living.
